Scam - Said he was from Telstra; told me my phone number & postcode - but couldn't tell me the name on the account. Wanted me to make an appointment for a technician to provide a modem and upgrade our copper line to high speed fibre. Telstra wouldn't bother me if they were upgrading the copper line, so I knew it was a phishing expedition, that and the clatter and susurration of call centre voices.
