Didn't answer but there is someone on this forum who got a call today as well and their description sounded like it was spam so I'm glad I just ignored it.
Received a phone call from this number claiming that they are from Telstra and a lady started telling me that there is problem with local internet and they received multiple complaints and tried to lead me to show my IP on my computer. As I felt suspicious, I then asked her since she is from Telstra, can she advise me what internet connection I am having with Telstra. After I asked her that question, she just hanged up. I believe this is a scam call as if she is really from Telstra, she would have stayed online and answer all my questions to verify herself. I don't believe that she would hang up on me if she is a genuine Telstra customer service. Hope this review helps.
