Hung up soon as I answered, caller ID showed Melbourne
Constant calls from the same base number - no messages. TELCOS need to take ownership for these an block at source.
Definitely a scam, they seem to use a rotary line and the phone number changes every time you block them
Called me, didn't leave a message
Didn't recognize it so didn't answer, no message left, blocked it
Caller with foreign accent trying to fish for personal details
Called when I answered they just hung straight up. Blocked them straight away. don’t think it’s legit.
Caller mentioned Door Seals supposedly from Victorian Government, confusing and unclear
Called didn't answer, disconnected quickly no message
people selling air vents now calling and hanging up as revenge after I reported them
Answered but no one on other end. got two calls from them same day. quite irritating
If you don't block these guys (saying they're representing vic gov and replacing air vents) they'll keep calling even after you say you're not interested. I've recieved about 8 calls from this group, probably more. Each time I let them know how many times they've called and how many times I've said no thanks. This doesn't seem to matter because they keep calling back on different numbers. Best to block each time. Hopefully eventually I'll be able to block all of thier numbers.
Asked for me by name. Then said they were "Alicia" from the Victoria Government Grants Initiative and were offering free covers for my evaporative cooler.
Didn't leave a message.
In the past 2 hours this number has rung both my landline number AND mobile (almost simultaneously) five times, without leaving a message. Most annoying. Both my mobile and landline are with different providers. Only business I have given both numbers to is my medical centre and it is not them.
