6.30 pm tonight I noticed another missed call from ph no 03 9125 4140, I rang it back to be greeted with a Hello, I then had to ask who are you and why did you call me? Again another spucing of government offers of exhaust fans etc, I proceeded to say it doesn’t apply to me, only to be rudely hung up on! I rang the number again and got a lovely person who listened to my complaint about the rudeness of the previous person, adding that rude people shouldn’t be working there & that isn’t a professional ethic that will get you business!
