NAB scam arrived about 20 mins ago. Forwarded message to NAB as their website suggests and deleted message. Scary thing is it arrived ostensibly from the same source as a previous legit message from NAB.

I got same text message this afternoon it’s for sure scam.
SCAM. Pretending to be NAB, I received a message about a deposit to A Maria, and requested of could I confirm details. I rang the number and the scammer picked up instantly, safe to say a bank would never pick up immediately!

I closed my NAB account months ago, so I assume this is a SCAM.
Had a small freakout before remembering I don't have a NAB account anymore. Definitely a scam.
This is definitely a scam. They texted from overseas somehow using what appears to be this number (preceded by *61). Purported to be from NAB regarding a large online payment to “A Maria”. But we do not do ANY online banking with NAB and never have. It’s a scam. Do not respond.
