The caller was overly eager to gain access to my internet and identifying themselves as my "internet savior." It raised a red flag for me because it seems unusual that I would need their help without even having struck up a conversation first.
Scam, was asking about previous Amazon order while having a baby screaming in the background. I haven't recently ordered from Amazon.
WH again from most of the other comments we can definitely say this is a scammer racket. DO NOT give them any details at all if you must answer for whatever reason. It is best not to answer it at all:-)
WH - These numbers should be disconnected by the Government. I have at least 30+ variations and all stored as Spam on my mob. That way I know never to speak to these criminal low lives. They keep trying in a relentless way. I agree with the poster above. Never ever answer an unknown phone call. They never leave a message either which is a big give-away.:-(

I received a call at 2 AM from this number. Fortunately, my phone is set to send unknown callers straight to voicemail, so I have blocked the number.

This is a scam! The caller claimed to be from Telstra and informed me that my internet was slow, and that they needed to help me switch to a private network. The issue is that I'm not a Telstra customer, raising my suspicions about the legitimacy of their claims.
