I requested that he send something in writing so that I could respond but the person insisted that he was genuine and even knew my security key number (or something to that effect) that only Telstra would know. I then again asked for him to send something in the mail and he said he could not as my email was breached. I insisted that for me to go on, I needed something in writing in the Post then I hung up.
