These are scammers. They called me saying that they are from Amazon Prime and an $99 will be direct debited from my account as some scammers did it. To stop that, I need to give them a pin, select some link on my email which I did. Then they want me to install an App so that they can get Remote Access to my phone and stop direct debit. I laughed and said you are the scammer and said some harsh words and then disconnected the call.
