Called me about my Telstra internet (which I'm not subscribed to) being accessed illegally by other people. I heard about this scam from a relative so I knew what it was. His script will involve asking you to install a remote desktop software for him to investigate the issue. He will blank your screen for a while to steal information and install a key-logger. Caller will ask you to login to your bank account to make sure no money is stolen.
