The caller identified themselves as representing Roy Morgan Research, but I decided to hang up after reading other user comments that suggested this might be a scam. It seems that disconnecting was the right choice based on their experiences.
I've blocked this company multiple times yet they continue to call me. It's obviously a scam. I ended up telling them to leave me alone.
