I got this call at 6:30 pm but I had no idea who they were. So I declined the call.

The caller had a Chinese accent, and the content of the call made me uncomfortable, so I decided to block the number.
I received a call at 7 PM from this number. They left an audio message stating: "Good afternoon, my name is Derek and I'm calling from Roy Morgan Research about an important national survey. There's no need to return this call; we will contact you again. Goodbye." I did not sign up to participate in any surveys, making this a clear cold call.
This number rings my phone but then hangs up without leaving a message each time they call.
I have no idea who they are. So declined the call.
