What Our Users Reviewed
Caller claimed to represent the National Australia Bank (NAB) and requested to verify my personal details. I questioned why she was calling on behalf of NAB instead of the bank reaching out to me directly. I suspect this is a scam attempt to obtain my private information.
The caller claimed they needed to discuss a "personal matter" related to NAB (National Australia Bank), but I do not even have an account with NAB. When I refused to provide my personal information, the caller became aggressive and insisted that they would continue to call back until I complied. I informed her that I would never provide my details, and I wish her luck with that. Her tone was pushy and quite unpleasant.
This number appeared as a debt collector on my phone. I answered the call, and an automated message instructed me to hold for an important message. I was on hold for 2 minutes and 40 seconds before I hung up since nothing happened.
