Keep calling me they are so annoying.
This number called me and told me government is going to cancel all electricity discounts and asking whether I am having any payment on time discount. I hang up immediately and googled it, there is no such government policy at all.
Don't trust this number. don't bother to answer it!

Left me no voicemail, I called the number back and it's just a voicemail machine saying they're called "Reliable deals". When I googled Reliable deals I see a lot of people talking about persistent and aggressive spam calling. I personally would not trust this number. Will update if further information is acquired.
