This number called me five times within a span of three hours. When I finally answered, I found it was someone trying to discuss electricity rates. I repeatedly explained that I was at work and not interested, yet they continued to stick to their script. They insisted on trying to get me to sign up for a new electricity account, even after I told them that the bills were not in my name. These relentless calls are incredibly frustrating.
