Was advised that I had been involved in an accident recently by this organisation (surprising, because I hadn't). They had the wrong number - they were after a different person. However, that didn't stop this organisation (PreLegal) from trying to contact me 2-3 times per day for a continuous period of time. If you are also experiencing this same problem, DO NOT BLOCK THE NUMBER. Instead, contact Telstra's Unwelcome Calls Team on 1800 805 996 and ask them to explain their "trace service" to you. I have applied this service to this number, which has identified where this number has originated from, and provided Telstra with enough evidence to work with the Police in order to initiate a "Cease and Desist" order against nuisance calls from this number. This has the potential for huge ramifications against the company and can lead to the telephone number getting delisted completely - don't get mad, get even. The telemarketers are just doing their jobs - have some patience and strike at the companies who have flagrant disregard for the general public.
