Telemarketer ignoring do not call register, they have purchased a block of numbers from 03 9063 4594 to 03 9963 4599. Block all surrounding numbers!
I answered the call from this number, but no one responded on the other end, so I have now blocked the number.
This number seems to belong to a scammer using a spoofed number to pose as a telemarketer. They were promoting a product that I either have no interest in or already own. The person had a strong foreign accent that was difficult to understand. They even addressed me by my name, raising significant security concerns. I strongly advise anyone receiving a call from this number to avoid answering.
Even though I am registered on the Do Not Call list, this number keeps calling me offering to install exhaust fans in Victoria, a service I am not interested in as I do not live there. They seem to be using a range of numbers from (03) 9063 4595 to (03) 9063 4599 to make these calls.
This number called me three times yesterday and then five times today. When I answered the second call, I noticed it was a scam call center. I pretended not to hear them, saying "hello" repeatedly until they hung up. They called back three more times but didn’t leave any message, which seems suspicious.

After receiving my third call from this number today with no message left, I finally decided to answer. The caller claimed to be from "Global Services," but when I said I was going to hang up, he hung up on me first, which was a bit amusing.
The caller claimed to be from a global services company and wanted to sell me exhaust fan installations for my home. I could barely comprehend his heavy accent due to the noise from other telemarketers on the line, which made me suspicious.
This number has called me twice within 90 minutes without leaving any voicemail. I suspect it is from scammers or telemarketers, who appear to not be following the Do Not Call Register regulations.
I picked up a call and heard background noise typical of an office, but no one spoke. Eventually, the call ended without any communication.
The same phone number called me yesterday and now again today but didn't leave a message either time. This consistency without any messaging makes me wary that it’s potentially a scam or spam.

I have received numerous calls from this number without any messages left. One time, there was an error message lasting five seconds that sounded like a call center. Due to frequent calls, my phone has now automatically blocked this number, which I appreciate, as I do not want to be bothered by them.
