When I called back, a man answered with a significant accent (which I do not mean to be racist, but it was evident where he was from), claiming to be from PayPal Australia, although his English was quite poor.
Indian accent. Claim to be from the Electricity Department. Couldn't even tell me the name of the Electricity dept.
