Fake ATO - Will state you owe money and a law suit is being filed. This is a scam. Do not answer unless you want to have some fun with the thieves and annoy them.
0390288524 is a phone scam. A recorded message advises you that legal action has been commenced against you and you should call the number provided to discuss the matter with a case officer. I'm advised that if you do call the number, the charge rate is outrageous and the call is dragged out as long as possible, hence the scam.
