Always a 03 9024 (or similar) number. I already know when I see that prefix its a scammer, survey or such and they never ever leave a message.
A male voice with an Indian accent started to deliver a message but hung up as soon as I responded. I receive calls from this same call center about three times a day, always from different IDs. It's very frustrating because they continue to call even though they should know they won't make any money from me. They appear to operate under 'Skytech Sales and Marketing,' trying to get me to engage regarding government energy incentives in Victoria.
