Daily Nuisance Calls from 03 9022 3276
Six contributors have flagged 03 9022 3276 (also written as 0390223276) as a persistent nuisance number. The reports indicate a pattern of repeated calls from this Netsip-provided Victorian landline, with contributors experiencing multiple contact attempts daily despite actively blocking the number.
One contributor described the frequency clearly: calls arriving between 9 and 10 am, then consistently around 4 pm, plus up to three additional calls throughout the day. Another reported that 03 9022 3276 rings daily and they continue blocking it repeatedly. The persistence suggests either automated dialling or deliberate recontact after blocking attempts.
Call Patterns and Timing
Contributors report highly consistent calling patterns from 0390223276. The morning window (9-10 am) and afternoon slot (around 4 pm) appear routine, with additional sporadic calls extending into later hours. One contributor noted receiving between 2 and 6 calls daily from numbers traced to the same Netsip carrier, with 03 9022 3276 among them.
The timeframe of reports spans from September 2025 through February 2026, indicating ongoing activity. A contributor observed that multiple numbers from the Netsip provider have been used over recent weeks, suggesting possible number rotation or spoofing tactics to avoid repeated lookups on sites like Reverseau.
Caller Behaviour and Response
Contributors who received calls from 03 9022 3276 took varied approaches. Some answered and found the calls questionable but unclear in purpose. Others let calls go to voicemail with no message left, leading them to presume spam. One contributor provided detailed insight: they avoid answering or rejecting unknown numbers to discourage callback attempts, noting that active engagement (answering or pressing reject) tends to increase call frequency, while ignoring calls can reduce them to once monthly over weeks.
However, despite this strategy, contributors report continued harassment from 0390223276 and similar Netsip numbers, suggesting the calling activity persists independent of response behaviour.
What to Do If You Receive a Call from 03 9022 3276

- Do: Consider reporting to your telecommunications provider if calls continue despite blocking
- Do not: Answer unknown numbers or engage with the caller

Rings daily, I keep blocking the number
got a dodgy call, not sure if worth worrying about
Missed call, did not return call, BLOCKED, DELETED.
Got a call, didn't answer, they didn't leave message so presume spam.
I have been getting more attempted scam calls than ever lately and all of them for weeks have been coming from Netsip, according to this site. Every day,2 to 6 or more of them, all from the same carrier. All known scam and spam numbers reported before, all from this Netsip I had never heard of.
Yet another interstate landline number calling at about the same time every day. I get one between 9 and 10, then always one about 4 pm plus up to 3 more daily.
Recently the numbers used have been reported and searched less often so they are spoofing new numbers and more of them, possibly so they don't look as bad when we search them on this and other sites.
The best way I have found to reduce scam calls is to let them ring out. Don't reject the calls and NEVER EVER ANSWER numbers you aren't sure of. It can take a few weeks but if you never react by answering or rejecting calls, they will slow down. I got them down to once a month. But then because they make me angry I started rejecting them. When I stopped doing that they suddenly REALLY picked up in frequency until the barrage I've been getting lately.
I haven't answered a single unknown caller in years and I still get this harassment. Telcos are definitely not doing enough.

WRITE A REVIEWFrequently Asked Questions
Why does 03 9022 3276 keep calling even after I block it?
Community reports suggest the calls may be coming from an automated dialling system or a call centre using number rotation. Blocking 0390223276 may cause the caller to use a different number from the same provider or spoofed number pool. According to contributor feedback, avoiding active rejection (letting calls ring out rather than pressing reject) can reduce frequency over time, though blocking remains recommended for your own peace of mind.
What time do calls from 0390223276 usually come?
Contributors report a consistent pattern with 03 9022 3276 calling between 9 and 10 am, then again around 4 pm, plus additional calls scattered throughout the day. One contributor documented 2 to 6 calls daily from this and similar Netsip numbers, suggesting a structured calling schedule rather than random contact.
Is 03 9022 3276 a scam or just spam?
Reports for 0390223276 are inconclusive about specific intent. Contributors describe it as a nuisance and suspicious, but no one reported a clear scam pitch or fraudulent claim. It is best treated as a persistent unwanted call that should be blocked and reported, regardless of intent.
Should I answer if 03 9022 3276 calls to see who it is?
No. Community feedback indicates that answering unknown numbers, even briefly, confirms your number is active and monitored. This can actually increase call frequency. One contributor noted that avoiding engagement entirely reduced calls to once monthly, though results vary. It is safer to let 0390223276 go to voicemail.
Can I report 03 9022 3276 to the Do Not Call Register?
You can register your number on the Do Not Call Register at donotcall.gov.au if you are not already listed. If 0390223276 continues calling after registration, report the breach to ACMA at acma.gov.au with dates and times. However, some calls may be exempt (charities, political organisations, conduct surveys), so check ACMA's guidelines before reporting.
Why are so many calls coming from Netsip numbers lately?
One contributor noted a sharp increase in calls from numbers traced to Netsip provider over recent weeks. This may reflect a broader pattern of scam and spam operations using VoIP or reseller services like Netsip to make outbound calls. The contributor observed that newer Netsip numbers receive fewer lookups on Reverseau, suggesting callers are rotating to fresh numbers to avoid recognition. This is a known tactic in nuisance calling campaigns.
