The frequency of calls I receive from this organisation happens several times each day and at all hours. They clearly fall within the legal parameters for which the "do-not-call registry" was initiated but, obviously, just with me they have violated the telecommunications code of ethics and agreements regarding their agreed obligations hundreds of times. Like I said, because of this specific enterprise, I can simply not answer my phone unless the number calling me is in my stored in my phone.
If someone has instigated a class action against this organisation, please contact me and allow me to join that action. With or without a class action the telecommunications commission and the AC should take serious steps to end the very existence of companies like this one. I am one person receiving endless persistent and unwanted calls each and every day, country-wide, one can assume there are hundreds of thousands, possibly, millions of others also receiving similar numbers of calls from these spammers.
