Repeated Calls and Silent Call Reports for 03 9022 0479
Six contributors have reported activity from 03 9022 0479 (also written as 0390220479), with patterns of persistent missed calls, silent answers, and suspected scam activity. The number is allocated to Netsip Pty Ltd in Victoria and operates as a local service. Multiple contributors report the same frustrating experience: calls that ring persistently without voicemail, callers who remain silent when answered, and the sense that the caller already knows them from previous contact attempts.
One contributor noted receiving calls from a cluster of related numbers all in the 9022 range, suggesting coordinated calling from the same provider. Another report links 0390220479 directly to Netsip, with the contributor stating they "know it's the scammers" and that calls occur every day. The pattern of pressure and persistence across multiple reports suggests calculated contact strategy rather than accidental misdials.
What Callers from 03 9022 0479 Do
Reports reveal three distinct caller behaviours from 03 9022 0479. The first is silent calling: one contributor answered and reported the caller "couldn't even be bothered keeping me on line," suggesting they disconnected immediately after confirming a live voice. This tactic often precedes pressure campaigns or is used to harvest active phone numbers for resale.
The second behaviour is relentless missed calls without voicemail. Contributors describe receiving repeated rings with no message ever left, creating the psychological pressure of an unknown caller who will not explain themselves. One contributor stated calls occur "at least twice every day" from various states and area codes, though 0390220479 itself is a Victorian number.
The third pattern involves robocall activity. One contributor explicitly mentioned "james the AI Bot calling from different numbers about health insurance," noting they blocked approximately 100 related numbers. This suggests automated dialling campaigns using multiple number variations.
Call Patterns and Intensity
Contributors report aggressive escalation patterns. One described initially letting calls ring out, then noticing frequency increase when they started actively rejecting calls. When they reverted to not answering, the calls "REALLY started calling much more often," indicating the caller adjusts strategy based on response behaviour. After weeks of no answer, the contributor noted the intensity would eventually subside, only to restart the cycle.
The timing shows high-volume persistence: one contributor reports "at least twice every day" over years of contact. Another mentions receiving "tons of scam calls lately" with 03 9022 0479 being part of that wave. The willingness to call repeatedly without leaving messages or introducing themselves suggests this is a low-cost mass contact campaign rather than targeted personal fraud.
What to Do If You Receive a Call from 03 9022 0479
Based on contributor experiences with 0390220479:
- Do not: Answer or engage, return the call, or respond to any message
- Do: Let calls go to voicemail, block the number immediately, and avoid rejecting calls (one contributor found this encouraged more frequent attempts)
- Do: Block the entire 9022 number range if calls persist from related numbers
- Do: Note the pattern if calls come from multiple area codes claiming to be from 03 9022 0479, as this indicates spoofing or multi-number campaigns
One contributor's experience suggests that not engaging and allowing calls to time out eventually leads to reduced frequency, though persistence may last weeks or months.

What Our Users Reviewed
No message left, started after I signed up for a clothing brand
Keeps ringing but I don't pick up, no voicemail ever left
They know my voice now, couldn't even be bothered keeping me on line
james the AI Bot calling from different numbers about health insurance, had to block about 100 numbers
Never bother leaving a message, whole bunch of these 9022 numbers, blocked them all
I've been getting tons of scam calls lately and they are all from this Netsip place. They should be investigated for working with them.
Phone marked it as a known sp number and I know it's the scammers, they're calling every day.
Yet another number flagged by phone as a spam number. I never answer or call back or respond in any way but they are calling at least twice every day, from all different states and area codes. I know it's scammers, they have been pestering me for years. Always from some random interstate landline number, always marked by phone as a spam number but I notice recently they usually haven't been reviewed. The numbers used to have been searched many times each, which is why it was good to have the statistics on this site and I miss it.
For a while I was rejecting calls instead of letting them ring out, but I noticed they started calling more often, so I went back to letting them ring out. Then they REALLY started calling much more often. I find after a couple of weeks of never getting through they finally slow down again but for the moment they're really aggressive and really want to get me to pick up. I never will but even if I did it is always so obvious that they are the same old fraudsters using the same old predictable, well known tactics and I would just hang up anyway. They're so obvious now they're not even a threat, just tedious.

This silent call tactic is often used to confirm active phone numbers for resale or to apply psychological pressure. Contributors note the pattern with 03 9022 0479 is persistent: calls occur daily or multiple times daily, suggesting automated or semi-automated dialling.
Is 0390220479 a scam number?
Multiple contributors have flagged 03 9022 0479 (0390220479) as connected to suspected scam activity, with one explicitly linking it to Netsip and stating the caller claims to represent that company. Scam allegations centre on high-frequency unwanted contact and silent calling tactics. Contributors report calls marked as spam by their phones and occurring "at least twice every day" with no legitimate purpose evident.
Why doesn't 03 9022 0479 ever leave a voicemail?
Contributors report 0390220479 rings repeatedly but never leaves a message, which is unusual behaviour for legitimate calls. This tactic-persistent calling without explanation-is commonly used in scam campaigns, silent calling schemes, or mass contact operations. The lack of voicemail combined with silence when answered suggests the caller is not attempting genuine communication but rather testing for active numbers.
What should I do if 03 9022 0479 calls me repeatedly?

If calls are extremely aggressive, report the pattern to ACMA (acma.gov.au) or Scamwatch (scamwatch.gov.au).
Are other numbers calling me from the same group as 03 9022 0479?

If you receive calls from multiple numbers with the same silent or repetitive behaviour, blocking the entire range or using call filtering tools is recommended.
How long will calls from 0390220479 continue if I don't answer?
One contributor's long-term experience with 03 9022 0479 suggests calls may persist for weeks or months, but intensity fluctuates. After weeks of no answer, frequency would reduce temporarily before restarting. The contributor noted that avoiding interaction entirely (letting calls ring out) eventually wore down the campaign more than actively rejecting calls. While there's no guaranteed timeline, non-engagement appears to be the most effective deterrent.
