Got call at 6:20pm. A Rep from Haielo called offering free LED down light upgrades (government incentive). They knew my name and sounded legit but being the skeptical person I am, I rejected the offer to opt initialting contact with company on my own accord instead.

Unsolicited inbound call that rang for 3 or 4 seconds before I answered, which hung up when I greeted with Hello.

Called back 3 times, line engaged each time and call dropped after about 3 seconds.

Spammer. Nefarious.

Received an inbound call on my mobile. When I answered no one there.

I then called the number back from a landline and it rang out.
