Claims to be microsoft tech dept...scam.. They don't ring you all the issues are done on line if any.. I don't have any microsoft issues.
A caller identified themselves as being from Microsoft, claiming that my IP address was not secure. They wanted me to remotely access my computer and provide personal information. I refused to comply, which annoyed the caller, and I ultimately hung up the phone.
Called and no message left. SCAMMER suspected.
I answered the call, but the caller hung up immediately. When I tried to call the number back, I got no response. This behavior feels untrustworthy.
The caller did not leave a voicemail. When I tried to return the call, the line disconnected immediately.
I received a call from someone claiming to be at a call center, but the person was distracted and speaking to someone else while on the call with me.
