This is a scammer. You get a call from Telstra so-call Technician claiming that your broadband got problem and will cut your broadband. When ask, his name is John Edward, employee N0: 693254 and give 0390186665 to call to confirm that it is Telstra IT Department. Then he ask you to download TeamViewer software. Don't do that. It will allow a hacker to look into your computer for banking information. Be warn. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND RUN THE SOFTWARE. ONCE IN, YOU CAN SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY!!
