I received a missed call and voicemail from this number. When I listened to the voicemail it was the automated ATO scam that has been going around. This phone number is a scam line, do not respond to them.

Auto Call from ato claiming a lawsuit and arrest warrant pending with a message to call back.

Fake ATO scammers warning that you will be arrested if you don’t pay them money. Always Indian males and sound dodgy as.

I just received a call on my mobile with an automated voice threatening some sort of legal action from the Taxation office. The caller was identified as "Beauty by Andy." Googling that name, I identified a beauty/waxing business in Caulfield with the same tel. no. (03 90169017). When I called that number, a man with an Indian voice on a bad line answered. When I said that I had just received a call from this number, he hung up. I tried calling on my mobile, then a landline: once there was no answer and then it was busy.

I received a call from an autobot, american accent stating they were from the australian tax 'dept', not office. It stated that legal documents had been lodged against me and that if I didn't call them back on a number {which I was not in a position to take down} perhaps it was the same 90169017, a warrant for my arrest would be issued. I hung up at that point, assuming a risky hoax.
