Yep, I got this one too. The ATO will send a letter to your house, don't fall for it!
Please speak to them, take up their time. We've used our 3 phones today to keep them on the line for over 3 hours. We've been call the F word, B and even the C word. Keep ringing the number, feel free to tell the thieves what you think of them. I passes a few hours whilst we are locked down due to covid.
I even haggled with them over how much I had to pay and trying to pay for my cancer treatment. Didn't seem to even register. Anyway, have fun with these scammers.
