I received a scam email informing me that a direct deposit charge was about to be applied to my bank account.
I received an email claiming there was a renewal notice for my McAfee Anti-Virus subscription linked to my PayPal account. The ironic part is that I don’t have any McAfee subscription and I do not use PayPal at all! 🤣 I realized this is a phishing scam email, and I noticed this number was associated with it, so I'm posting here to alert others about the potential fraud.
