Was called and computer generated voice told me it was from the ATO. An arrest warrant for me was about to be issued and the only way I could stop it was by calling back on this number - I did not call back - my conscience is clear - this is a SCAM SCAM SCAM.

My assumption is it's offshore people targeting Australians via voip.
