I had a phone call today from this number requesting I update my credit card details for a sponsor child I have never had.
They call me every day for at least 3-4 times a day at worst timing e.g.7am in the morning waking me up for no reason or 8.30pm at night when I'm having dinner with my family. Every time I answered the phone, they hung up. So annoying!!!
Vodafone user. Recently have been receiving calls from this number every 2 days. Cannot call back. Answered with an automatic audio.
The son of a bitch who keeps calling is just a spam bludger. It seems that the spam is either from Telstra or affects only Telstra subscribers. Having many of their offices in India is not very helpful I guess. Who do we report this to?
Must be some bugger that has nothing else to do and because the calls come at all hours and at odd hours makes me think this is coming from some call centre. They may be even using our data. Telstra should be investigating and get to the bottom of this and Long the way get some heads to roll in particular if these calls are being generated from a Telstra call centre either in India or Phillipines, that seems to be Telstra preferred locations fir call centres.
It's Real Insurance. I called them for a life insurance quote 6 months ago and despite me going with someone else and telling them so, they call me literally every day. I am so over it.
NEVER USE REAL INSURANCE!
Same as previours messages but I remember talking to them earlier in the year. They mentioned that as a Telstrar customer, I will be receiving savings on my next months charges. I have a package and not even a customer of Telstrar. They give you some story that they represent other companies and ask for the details. I told them, said thank you for the discount without giving them any further info. They ring back an hour later saying they are from my company. I yelled and swore at them, hang up, they call back. Now they hang up when I answer their call or try to call them back. Why can't the number just be discontinued.
