Recently someone called me from number 03 9013 6278 and said that they from Tax Office Australia and I mad I mistake in my pervious Tax, so I need to pay $8000 to solve this problem.
This number is a scam. Calling people for immediate response or they will be arrest. BIG scam do not give any of your information just simply block the number. Don't even call back.
Recorded message informing me that they are from the tax office and there is a lawsuit about to be filed against me and if I don't call them back they will have to issue an arrest warrant. it's a big scam.
Received a phone 03 9013 6278 left a voice mail message informing me that there is a lawsuit about to be filed against me and if I don't call them back they will have to issue an arrest warrant.
I just received a call from this number in Melbourne which I didn't answer as I didn't recognised the number. They left a voice message in a digital voice saying they were from the ATO and that there was "a lawsuit case getting filed under your name" (which is SO unlikely) and that I need to "get back to them immediately I get this message" or they will have to "get me arrested" The language isn't quite right for that kind of conversation anyway and I'm sure it's yet another scam.
This is a scam! Don't return their call. They leave a message "I want you to get back to me - department division no 3 "in a crappy US accented digital voice They go on to say" you have to call them back immediately or they will issue an arrest warrant".
For goodness sake are these people escapees from a looney bin?
