Claimed to be from Telstra and told me corrupt files were causing my dropouts. I needed to give control of my computer over to Daniel to sort out the problem. Referred me to validator to substantiate file problem. Rang Telstra independently and they had no record of the call.
Claims to be from Telstra, that there is a problem with your router and a technician will be there in the morning to fix it. All you have to do is pay a $2 fee.
