Scammers... Claim to be from Telstra, say your computer is causing hassles with their servers and the internet will be disconnected unless you purchase an anti virus software for $6. Then they access your computer, get all your internet banking details, card numbers, email and home addresses, then steal money from your bank account. $367 taken three times from my sons bank account, using Western Union!
One Justin called me from this number and said there is a problem with my internet connexn and said it'd be disconnected..
Received call from these guys supposedly from telstra I T dept. Asking me to type in some letters and numbers in my computer to stop viruses etc. They sounded like calling from overseas and of indian/pakistani accent. Did not do as they asked and called me stupid before hanging up.
