'shower head replacement' scam call.
This number has called me multiple times and left messages with no sound. When I attempted to call back, I couldn't get a connection; it just kept trying to connect without any dial or ring tone. Eventually, when a call did go through, it was instantly disconnected, and I received a "call failed" message.
