Analysis of User Reports

Based on the reports received, 03 8892 3200 appears to be classified as a suspicious caller. Here’s why:

  • Often, legitimate government departments leave messages while suspicious callers tend to hang up or not leave any communication.

If you receive a call from this number, it is advisable to approach it with caution. Here are some steps to consider:

  • Do Not Engage: If you receive a call and it sounds suspicious, do not provide any personal information.

  • Report Suspicious Calls: If you suspect it to be a scam, you can report the call to the appropriate authorities.

In conclusion, while some callers may claim to be from a credible organisation, it's always wise to be vigilant, especially with numbers such as 03 8892 3200. Don't let the allure of a 'government' connection blind you to potential scams. Always ensure to verify, report, and protect your personal information.

I received spam call from this number but actually this is box hill police station number so I do not know how they can use police phone number. They already know my name and passport number as well and my wife name as well. They said they are from tax department ATO and I had maid mistake in tax return and I need to pay immediately. So I hang up and called to ATO they said this is scam call and police also said this is scam call.
