Just received a call from this number. Answered the call and received a pre-recorded message that there were charges on my Visa card that were suspicious. Asked me to press a number for future queries. Knew it was a scam straight away as I don't own a Visa Card.
Called my mobile, claiming to be from the Commonwealth Bank and querying overseas charges on my card. Told him I would contact the branch and sort it out, he said that only head office where he was calling from was able to investigate these transactions.
Told him he was full of shit and hung up.
Received a call from a male stating he was from Telstra and there was an issue with my internet being public/ visible to anyone. He asked for details of my internet and I told him to email me with details of what the apparent issue was, as I did not know he was from Telstra/he could be anyone. This seemed to make him angry/upset him- I then ended the call. I had also received a call from (03)88437717 a short time earlier, but didn’t answer it.

Received a call yesterday at 13.46 from 03 8843 7716 while I was in a meeting and phone was on DND. No voicenmail was left. This morning I tried to call back the number but the calll would not connect and immediately failed on three attempts.
