What Our Users Reviewed
Calling to give you a better price on residential or business electricity. Very very persistent and they clearly get paid for every new plan they sign transfer. Tried to get me to change resi plan when house is on market. Tried to explain the waste of time it would be to save $20 and that the money I'm losing in talking to him for 10 minutes would be worth more than that anyway. This happen in bulk every now and then. Third call in two days from an obvious call centre all with the same intent. Obviously electricity prices have just risen again and they are calling everybody in Australia all over again. I expect another 10 calls next week. Sick to death of them.
Rang about 5 times today and when I said hello hung up. Just rang again and this time I didn't speak until they spoke and then asked if my name was Marlene. Said they had a great deal re electricity. I asked why they hung up on me continuously and lady became very loud and rude and kept asking me if I understood like I was stupid. Asked if she was in Australia and she said she didn't have to tell me that information. I responded that I didn't have to tell her any information either and hung up. SPAM SPAM SPAM.
