It’s a spam caller from Melbourne with an accent. The numbers are ending with different digits. They keep calling at various odd hours and need to be reported.
This number has called me around 15 times over the past 3 weeks and constantly hangs up once I answer, they are spamming me with calls, I block there number and there is a new one calling with the last digit different.
Was not sure who they were but they were offering a discount on my electricity bill. Said I would have a discount in my postcode but I had not told them that, not sure where they got my details. I was not interested but he continued to ask me what discount my current electricity company was offering as a discount. Eventually after repeating myself that I was not interested he hung up.
