The caller started the call by saying my internet service is not giving me its full potential as it’s at the basic level. I asked the caller which service provider he was from or if he’s from my provider but offering an upgrade. Caller would not tell me where he was from even after I asked him several times. He then became very rude and abusive. Calling me names, insulting my personality and intelligence.
