A person named Matthew Charles called me, claiming to be from the Commonwealth Bank's Fraud Department. He mentioned an unauthorized transaction of $1700 from Amazon and convinced me to download the Revolut app and AnyDesk to access my bank accounts. I ended up giving him my verification codes and allowing him access to myGov to make a false claim. He even took a digital selfie of me during the call. I was manipulated for around 5 hours today.
