I have also just had a same experience, some Indian voice has left me a message on my phone via this number (03) 86765630 that they are going to arrest me and arrange the time to go to court !
It has to be a some new scam! Anyone knows why is this mac about? What they get out of these evil phone calls ?

I answered the same call a minute ago, an Indian person said he was from the Australian taxation office and he was calling in regards to tax fraud and they will issue a warrant for my arrest if I don't call a phone number. I hung up the phone and blocked the number!
Received recorded message from a James Anderson(?) saying There was a legal claim against me for tax fraud and tax evasion, and if I did not call back there would be a warrant issued for my arrest.
I also received the same a call with them saying they are from the Australian tax office and left a voicemail message asking to call them back regarding tax fraud or they will issue a warrant for my arrest. I called the A.T.O. It has been reported. Persons name James Anderson is who he calls himself in voice message. I didn't ring them back.

Number claims to the Aust tax office, if the call isn't answered, a message is left on voicemail asking the receiver to call back regarding tax fraud, if no call is received there will be a warrant placed for their arrest. Evidentially a scam, but attempted to call the number back out of curiosity, and the line hangs up!
