I received a call from a person with a heavy accent who spoke very rapidly, which I would guess is indicative of an Indian boiler room operation. When I mentioned that I couldn't understand what they were saying, they abruptly hung up on me. This experience felt very suspicious.
The caller, who had an Indian accent, asked if I had received any notifications from the government. It sounded like they were operating from an overseas call center. When I indicated I would report her as a scammer, she responded defiantly, saying I could "go right ahead."
