The caller identified himself as "Roy Morgan," knew my name, and asked if I would participate in a "COVID pandemic survey." He inquired about my work industry, job title, and age before abruptly ending the call. This interaction felt very suspicious and untrustworthy.
My guess is from a vague memory of a video, so it cools be misleading, but, I recently looked at some videos on the Ozzy kossac channel on YouTube.
So could be in Palmer United Party researchers looking for donations or the Melbourne police looking for donations.
This scammer is believed to be operating from Melbourne. They called me twice at around 3:30 PM on January 24, 2022, but didn't leave any message. I have now blocked, deleted, and reported their number.
