If you don't answer they will call you back every few hours until you answer. Then when you block their number they will call you from another number.

Complete scam I highly recommend hanging up on them straight away. When I answered my phone I said to them “stop calling as this is the 3rd time now!” I then said “I know for a fact this is a scam” and they hung up on me!!
