This number called me to provide an update on the electricity market. I informed the caller that my household is off-grid, but they continued to talk without addressing my situation, so I decided to hang up.
Many calls from this number and other similar numbers when you block them calming their from a energy company or life insurance. Fkn pests.
I rang back.. Got a recorded message saying they a a company offering savings on phone & internet.
Scammers. Same "company" keeps trying to call me on about 30 different numbers from Melbourne and I have blocked every single one over the past 6-8 months. They try and talk about the National Broadband Network and your experiences with it, making you agree that it is slow and then move onto their sales pitch. They keep asking for someone other than my name and one time I answered and told them they got the wrong number. They told me that they don't care and now that I am the person with that number and that they want to talk to me, not who they are asking for. They do not disclose where they are calling from. Just block these numbers.
Call many times but no one talk in another side.
