I don't understand the purpose or motivation of these idiots. Who in their right mind would call someone and then play music when the phone is picked up. Like WTF! Are they in the business of trying to annoy people?? I've had so many of these type of stupid calls where you pick up the phone and find some automated recorded sound or noise. And then theres the ones where you try to call the number back but it cant be reached. All these assholes need a life or a cold jail cell!
