This is obviously a scam so why don't the telcos and govt regulators stop this. This is an australian landline number which must have been provided by one of our telcos, so they know who is behind this. Why do they not block them and expose these people. Oh of course, they make too much out of all of these "texts".

It looks legitimate but is is most definitely a scam. Under no circumstances click on the link or enter your eBay account login details as soon as you do your account will be hijacked.
