I have put this number down as a 'Nuisance Call' on my mobile so I don't answer. But when I am in my car and I am on Bluetooth it doesn't come up as 'Nuisance Call' and I answer. I have found that any no. That starts with 038# #### is a pesky call. Mine purported to be from Olivia Newtown Foundation. If in doubt pick up the call and wait for them to speak.
Scammers, call me all the time. Hang up as soon as I answer. Never leave a message. When you call back it's an answering machine message. I'll be blocking them as it's like the 6the time in the last week.
This number left an incoherent voicemail on my mobile last night at 7.08pm. when I rang back number today, a message stated that it was the number of the charity fundraising office of Communications Direct, so have now noted this number so that I don't answer it in case they ring again.
Pushy irritating, lying salesman.
