100% a scam - as mentioned by others they offer lower rates on your phone and internet bills on behalf of Telstra. THey have called me 7 or 8 times now.

When I said I had recorded every word and threatened to report it if they called again they pleaded with me not to forward the conversation on. Of course I did report them anyway, plus I have just received another call from them. Getting pretty sick of it all!

8/10/2015 Received phone call a couple of times, someone speaks in foreign language - could not understand a word. When redialled answer machine says.
"Person not available" in English with a foreign accent.
