    As with other annoyed recipients of calls from this number, (we received at least 10 today.3 in the last hour), I have found that this caller is persistent and does not leave a message, which is not surprising. So I fixed them up for good by blocking the number, using my phone. They just tried again, it rang once and then the blocking service took over. Good riddance.

    Said they were from a Solar Panel cleaning company that called my home number 22 times in less than 12 hours. Told them my number is registered on the Do Not Call Register and not to call again or they will be reported. I hope that will stop them.

    Says they are calling to install free power usage device to smart meter. She said to check powerpal.net for details. Seems legit.

    Four calls from this number. Answered it yesterday and seemed to know how many solar panels we have and wanted to know our maintenance schedule for them. Just had 2 calls tonight within an hour. Very annoying.

    Missed call - when I called back the next minute, they claimed they haven't made a call during that day. It may be one of those scam that somehow grab your number and start dialling other people. No blame on the owners of this number.

    Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.

    Call or message may be a scam if:

    • You're asked for personal information or money;
    • Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
    • The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
    • You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
    • The caller wants to access and control your computer.

    To protect yourself:

    • Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
    • If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
    • Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
    • Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
    • Do not send any money.
    • Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
